Dr. Walter with community leaders Kola (CIO, NSIA), Nduka (Infrastructure Head) IMG-20230223-WA0061 IMG-20230223-WA0068 IMG-20230223-WA0069 For and on behalf of NSIA, Tech Systems carried out the following project development and technical consultancy for the 10MW Haske Solar PV Grid tied Power Plant in Kano: • Energy Load simulation study on the distribution network; determine the best evacuation approach and provide a comprehensive evacuation study.• Execute site specific assessments such as geo-technical, hydrology, geo-physical and topography studies.• Subsequently determined the most feasible scale and configuration for the Solar Project;• Carry out the Engineering designs based on site configuration including Electrical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. • Provide all Single line diagrams (SLDs) as well as any other technical designs, details, reports or information – as required by the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) guidelines for licensing of the 10MW Solar project.• Create Transactional, Regulatory and Structuring Advice.• Develop an ITT document for the project EPC and O&M contracting.• Advise on the EPC and O&M contracts – developing the costs and schedule.• Vet the detailed engineering designs that will be developed by the EPC contractor. • Evaluate the bidders and Sign off on the EPC and O&M with selected Bidder.
